MINIMUMS
​- Our minimum order is only 12 pieces per design.
- Within the size run you can mix in colors if the same art & blank remains constant.
- If mixing blank styles, we require 12 pieces per variant.
PRICING
- Each project is unique and pricing is based on the blank chosen, artwork submitted, art placements, order quantity, order deadline, etc...
- Unlike screen printing, there's no set up fees or screen charges with heat pressing. Just one simple per-piece "production fee" is included with each order.
- Rush jobs can be accommodated. Depending on the deadline and details of the project, a "hurry fee" is applied.
- If you choose to have us ship your merch, we will add the shipping cost to your invoice once the order is complete.
BLANKS
- If you're looking for high-quality or low-cost we have a solid family of recommended BRANDS we trust.
- We can supply an overwhelming variety of garments to print on. So if you're looking for something else, no problem, we can source it!
- If you want to provide your own blanks, just let us know the details of the pieces and we'll try to find a solution to work with them.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
- All artwork must be submitted in an illustrator or Photoshop format at least 300 dpi.
- If created in Photoshop please send artwork with layers.
- If created in illustrator please make sure text is converted to outlines.
- Print quality can only be as good as the artwork submitted. We will NOT proceed with the order if the artwork is of poor quality.
- DBM is not responsible for any art errors or issues in your art file. We do our best to catch any errors but it is not our responsibility to proof the artwork. If it is in your art file and on your approval, that is how we will print it.
- Please size the art to your expectations. If not, we can accommodate and provide dimensions to fit the size run.
APPROVAL
- All artwork is to be approved via a visual mock-up through email.
- Quotes are to be approved, signed and emailed back to DBM.
- It is very important to look over every detail of the mock-up and quotes upon final approval.
- DBM will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after production.
- All quotes expire within 30 days and are subject to revision based on changes or upon review of altered specifications of the project.
PAYMENT
- We require all orders to be PAID IN FULL in order to start production. If payment has not been made the order will NOT be processed unless otherwise approved by DBM.
- We accept cash, check, venmo and most major credit cards.
- Following completion of the project, if chosen shipping, you are responsible to pay the shipping costs in order to receive your merch.
TURNAROUND
- Our normal turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the time we receive both your full payment and artwork approval.
- If we are extremely busy our turnaround can vary from 10-14 business days.
- This does not include shipping lead time if we’re shipping your merch to you.
- Orders with custom tagging will require more time.
- If you need your order by a specific date please let us know in advance, as this may require a "hurry fee" if that date doesn’t fall within our turnaround timetable.
- Rush jobs include any deadline that is inside 7 business days and this is subjected to an additional "hurry fee". Please contact us for rush production availability.
- Please note we are not open for holidays and these days will add to the turnaround time of your order.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
- Customers must inform us when placing the order if the order will be shipped to a specific location.
- We use our own USPS account and add shipping costs to your invoice once the order is complete.
- DBM offers FREE LOCAL DELIVERY if you're with in the Southbay!
CANCELLATIONS
- All custom made goods are FINAL SALE!
- Absolutely NO cancellations will be allowed if the order is already in process.
- If a cancellation is made it must be made BEFORE the mock-up and quote final approval.
- Customized orders CANNOT be returned, refunded or credited. This merch was made especially for you to the specifications you selected and aren't fit for any other use.
SOCIAL
- We are very proud of what we do and the quality we output. We do this by taking photos and posting them online via social platforms such as Instagram and our website.
- Please notify us if you do not wish to have your artwork or merch photographed and put in our portfolio.
